This visa is for migrants who want to come to the UK to work in a capacity which is governed by an agreement in international law. It includes, for example, employees of overseas governments and international organisations and private servants in diplomatic households. They can remain in the UK on this visa for up to 24 months.
There is no English language requirement for Tier 5 International Agreement visa applicants.
