FAQs About our UK Immigration Service
How do I get started?
The first step is always to book a consultation with one of our immigration advisers so that we can assess your immigration matter and advise on the available options. If you are overseas, you can book a consultation over the phone, skype or email.
To start acting for a client, we will need an authority signed by the applicant and a questionnaire with client’s details. Once we have our legal fee on the account, we can start representing a client on his immigration matters.
What are your fees?
We work on a fixed fee basis, therefore there will not be any surprises once the invoice is issued to you. Our full fee will depend on the complexity of the matter and the amount of work involved.
It is advisable that you book a consultation to see one of our immigration lawyers first, where we will assess your case and advise on the most suitable option available for you, or a number of options. You will get a quote for our legal fee, as well as an indication all the relevant Home Office fees. If we are instructed to act for the client after the consultation, we deduct our consultation fee of £100 + VAT from our full fee for our legal assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by bank transfer, by cash in person in our offices and by debit/credit card over the phone. There is a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments.
We accept the following card providers:
- Mastercard debit/credit
- Visa debit/credit
- Visa Electron
- American Express
- Union pay
